| Adam's school does a Turkey Trot on the last day before Thanksgiving break. Adam and I went on a few morning training runs on the days leading up to the race. |

| There is a boys and girls race for each grade. Top 15 finishers in each group get a tshirt and top 3 get a turkey. |

| In past years Derek says that they did a good job of pre-seeding the kids according to PE class race results, but Adam said they didn't do that this year. Adam got put near the back and he said the teachers wouldn't let anyone move up. |
