| We moved the kayaks under the porch. One day we'll add a nice decorative skirt around the porch that allows for accessing the storage space underneath. |

| We had the lawn "top dressed" to help the grass grow, which we found out after the fact is really just a nice way to say "manure". It stunk so bad for about a week that we didn't use the porch and several neighbors asked "what smells so bad?" |
