Derek Without Crutches

We all kind of thought Derek wouldn't need the crutches as soon as he got his walking cast, but we found out that's not the way it works with a broken ankle. For the first week he was able to put some pressure on the foot, but still required both crutches. Then for several days after that he needed one crutch and a few days ago he was able to start walking without the crutches. He's really enjoying his newfound mobility.
