Derek couldn't stand the unopened boxes sitting around, tempting him like Christmas, any longer

I also bought a couple sit on top kayaks. Derek was skeptical of the inflatable kayaks, but was excited to try these.

The fuse blew on the power inverter trying to use the electric air pump, so Adam volunteered to hand pump

The kayaks worked well, but they're a little cramped for two people

Adam volunteered to pair up with Helen when I cried to go solo

Adam had discovered that kneeling is better than sitting. It's more comfortable and gives a much better paddling and viewing angle.
