Last week our mower died and we had to get a new one
It was bittersweet because the old mower was only a few years old and we didn't want to spend the money on a new mower, but we hated that old mower with a passion. We originally had a Lawn Boy mower that lasted us almost 20 years and then bought a Toro mower a few years ago with all the latest technology - electric start, variable speed drive, etc.
Unfortunately, the Toro was almost always a pain to start. It was a running joke around the house about how the salesman told us his grandfather had one and that it starts easily every time. We ended up pulling the battery out of the Toro because it was heavy and the electric start never seemed to work. I made sure there was no electric start on the new mower.
I sure hope the new Honda is as good as our old Lawn Boy. |
