The men in the family pretty much wear cargo shorts and tee shirts every day, so it's always a struggle to find suitable dress up clothes. Derek finally found some of my old clothes in the attic that fit him.

Hockey

Eating at Chick-fil-A between hockey games on Saturday

Adam had two rec league games Friday night and then two middle school games at 3:00 and 7:00 on Saturday (because we like to spread them out and spend all day and night at the rink...NOT). As much as he wanted to go and support his little brother, Derek decided that staying home and having the house to himself sounded like a better idea. We were back there on Sunday for Derek's high school game.

He had to stand up in front of the class and discuss the project...in French. His teacher doesn't allow any English to be spoken and makes the last person caught speaking English take ownership of a silly looking rubber pig.

Pumpkins

On Sunday we picked out some pumpkins at the church where we've been getting our pumpkins since the boys were in preschool

Lacrosse Too?

Derek mentioned he might like to play lacrosse in the spring. Uh oh. That's the familiar pattern - Derek mentions he's been looking at something and a couple days later a package shows up on our doorstep. Of course, it took less than a day for the first window to get broken.
