| From the captain: "Sorry for the delay, but we can't seem to get one of the cargo doors to close". Us: "Here we go again". On our flight from Atlanta they couldn't get the jet way to retract from the plane and caused us to miss our connection in Phoenix. Now we were delayed again. |

| We ended up getting de-planed after an hour and half of waiting. As the display shows, they were trying to get another aircraft out of some hangar. We ended up waiting a few extra hours to get on the plane and then almost another hour until we actually took off for Atlanta. |

| Arriving in Atlanta sometime around 1:30 am instead of 9:30 pm like we were supposed to |

| The plane train stopped one terminal away from ground transportation, rebooted, and then started going the other way. It almost reached the next station and got stuck. Kind of like an elevator between floors. A teenage girl figured out how to get the doors open and we all hustled out before something worse happened. |
