Helen checks out the menu for the evening dinner

Lots of helicopter flightseeing

Headed into Skagway to ride the train. We booked the train ride directly so we had to walk into town instead of catching the train right beside the ship.

There was a large extended family in our car. They looked like they were having a lot of fun. We enjoyed talking to them and found out they were also on our ship.

A caboose car that's rented out to overnight campers

There's some interesting things to see and learn about on the route

An old bridge - everyone was a little worried we were going to be using it

The seats reverse for the ride back down the pass

Canadian mounted police outpost on the border

Glacier - Alaska has over 100,000 of them

We decided to hike one of the trails near the train depot

It was steep and not just an easy stroll. Derek decided on this trip that, in fact, he was not a hiker.

Nice view overlooking the harbor

Adam was getting too hot

We decided to go as far as this nice lake before heading back

Back in Skagway

Red Onion Saloon

Klondike Gold Rush National Historical Park

The large group on our train had gone to Sugar Mama's and their cupcakes looked good so Helen and the kids picked some up while I talked to the Radio Shack people about why we couldn't make any calls on our phones.

I was back on the coffee train

After dinner we went to pick up Adam at his club
