| Logistics problems I made a call to the hotel in Marina Del Rey to confirm our reservation and they said it had been canceled. I spent about an hour on the phone with an Expedia rep in India. She had some difficulty understanding simple things like the fact the hotel was in California and not Canada (the CA abbreviation threw her), but it eventually worked out. When we decided to push our visit to Sea World to the day we were leaving town, we knew we weren't going to be able to enjoy the leisurely drive up the coast to LA that we had planned. Instead, it was a long drive and another post midnight arrival. |
